Teff Walnut Cake

- 160g teff flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 150-160g sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts (roasted and chopped finely)
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp rose water (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix oil and eggs. Whisk until smooth
- Add sugar and mix again
- Mix flour and baking powder. Add to the above. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add walnuts
- Add vanilla extract and rose water
- Take a tin of 20 cm diameter and grease it
- Add the above mixture to the tin
- Preheat oven at 180 C
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
